How booking works
Four quick steps
Create your account
New clients sign up in the portal. Existing clients just log in.
Add your pets
Upload current vaccination records and tell us about their routine.
Request your dates
Pick boarding or daycare dates. For grooming, give us a call.
We confirm
We’ll confirm your booking and reach out if we have questions.
Before the first stay
What to bring
- Current vaccination records
- Your dog's own food
- Any medications, with instructions
- A favorite toy or comfort item (optional)
We provide the beds, bowls and blankets. Forgot the food? We keep house food on hand for an additional charge.
